thanks to the review. I just got one delivered (already assembled). I have a herniated cervical disc that causes severe pain and this chair really helps to reduce the strain so I can focus better. I have a place to rest my neck when I need a break and the lumbar support is great. I am pretty small so I use an extra lumbar support cushion and a pile of hardcover books under my feet. The mesh seat is so comfy , more so than the coccyx memory foam cushion i had to use with my old chair. Excellent for anyone suffering from chronic pain and working on a tight budget. It’s about $280 Canadian
had this for about a year and half and the tilt lock broke. im 125lbs 5’5″. looking into a way to repair the mechanism.
For the tilt lock, does it only lock in the ‘all the way up’ and ‘all the way down’ positions, or can you lock it in various places in between?

The headrest also goes up and down not just the pivot. Also I just discovered after five yrs the lumbar support goes up and down too. Love this chair though for the price when on sale.
