Honest Review For FlexiSpot Sit Stand Desk

Join the FAST Start Wait List and crush your exercise goals in 2018: https://baltimorechiropractor.clickfunnels.com/wait-list With lots of standing desk options on the market, it may be hard to tell the difference between the good ones and the bad ones. Dr. Blake reviews one of the good ones, FlexiSpot. Deborah, our billing manager has been using a FlexiSpot desk in her office for the last 3 weeks. She has had 1 hip replacement, and was concerned she would need another one soon on the opposite side. Her main concern was sitting for too long and the constant sitting and then getting up to move that a busy chiropractor office demands. “Since using the FlexiSpot, my hip pain has dramatically decreased. I”m able to sit for longer with out pain, and it is very convenient to be able to transition from the sitting position and the standing position so easily.”

Full Disclosure: FlexiSpot provided the standing desk seen in this video for free in exchange for an honest review. I am also an affiliate sales person for this product. I have a question about my shoulder. It really hurts to lift up my arm above my head in my deltoid branch. It feels like it needs to pop, but that isn’t what it is. Do you have any stretches you recommend? I think I just slept on it wrong, but I cannot throw at all. (I’m a high school baseball player)

So everyday my ankle cracks when I walk. It does it all the time! Any idea why it does this? Or how to fix it?

tubeMonger says:

Not high enough for you. Your head is facing towards and down giving strain to your neck and back.

well done good review.

I love your honesty. So many people don’t mention that they are receiving affiliate commissions for their reviews. You’ve earned a lot of credibility from your viewers by mentioning that disclaimer.

Thanks

Pretty good review. I’d pretty much agree, having installed one of those for my bosses a few weeks back. On another note, it’s worth mentioning that you better have some pretty freaking great cable management if you want to use these things because they go high up and computer monitor cables are pretty short.
